SUJI /RAVA CAKE

INGREDIENTS :

  •  Baarik Rava - 1 1/2 cup
  • All purpose flour [Maida] - 1/4 cup
  •  Dahi - 1/2 cup
  • Crushed sugar [Pithi sakhar] - 1 cup
  • Oil - 1/2 cup
  • Cooking soda - 1/2 tbsp
  •  Baking powder - 1/2 tbsp
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Essence [any flavour] - 1/2 tsp
  • Tutii Fruity - As per requirement 
PROCEDURE :


In a bowl, mix DAHI, SUGAR and mix well. Then add , OIL, SODA and mix well. Then add RAVA, MAIDA, BAKING POWDER and mix well. Add milk to bring thick consistency and mix well.
Keep the mixture aside for 15-20 mins. After that, add 2-3 tbsp milk if needed and add essence in it and mix well.
Grease the cake tin with OIL , BUTTER OR GHEE and add the cake mixture and tap it .
Add salt in cooker and preheat for 10 mins. Then put a stand in cooker and place the cake tin and bake the cake for 45-50 mins on low flame.
